Gabriella Luisa aka "Busy Vegan Life" (On Instagram) joins us on this edition of the Plant-Based TourGuide Podcast to tell the awesome story of her journey. Gabriella was someone (like many people) that was very conscious of her appearance and weight. She then had two (2) life events: she lost her father due to health reasons and while on holiday/vacation in Australia, ran into some "Vegans" who shared knowledge with her about the plantbased - vegan life and so she made a change. She adopted the plantbased - vegan life and she joined a gym. Flash forward: she gets talked into entering a bikini competition and takes Second (2nd)!!! She now is preparing for the British Bikini FINALS that she qualified to participate in!
