245: See Jane do Everything

Only three years ago, Jane was an obese, struggling asthmatic. She was celebrating her completion of Graduate School and snapped some pictures with her daughter. She knew she had gained some weight, but didn't realize exactly how big she was until she saw the photos. She had been hiding behind her body for so long, that she didn't realize how far she had gone. She felt exhausted, worn out, hopeless, heavy and defeated, so she decided to do something about it. After her moment of clarity, she began aligning her behaviors with her beliefs by going vegan. Through this eighteen-month journey, she lost eighty-five pounds and completely changed her life! In this episode, Jane talks all about how her transformation happened, and why her daughter became one of her biggest motivations for her drastic change!
