THIS WEEK Episode 303 we discuss the new BC Flipping Tax, or is it an attack on the principal residence capitals gains exemption?? You tell me. Then we discuss the December 2024 Market numbers... Where sales continue to climb. And finally the DCC (Development Cost Charges) that got raised on developers by 60% this year!!! I thought the government wanted to make building housing easier & cheaper?? 😂 Well not more than they want to continue to be fiscally irresponsible it would seam... The Real Estate industry continues to be the money trough that feeds the entire system.... go figure...
