Maxwell, the former Director of the Office of Security and Investigations, or OSI, the internal affairs unit of USCIS. He takes no prisoners, he pulls no punches, his testimony is a scathing indictment of USCIS upper management and their Immigrants First philosophy, a philosophy that endangers America's national security, public health and public safety, and our economy.
