When you do go out though, do you ever imagine yourself being the one to discover something gruesome? Like on all your favorite TV shows, it's always a jogger, hiker or hunter who finds the evidence of a horrific crime first, the one who sets in motion the rolling boulder of a police investigation. Those quiet moments you enjoy in desolate beautiful places suddenly interrupted by the cold slap of an evil act. Killers like those places too, you know, but for very different reasons. This is the first episode in a four part series about the Colonial Parkway Murders that occurred between 1986 and 1989.
