Judson King, Professor Emeritus of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Former Director of the UC Berkeley Center for Studies in Higher Education, and former UC Provost. The panel moderator is Michael Cowan, UC Santa Cruz Professor Emeritus of American Studies and Literature, and 2000-2001 Academic Senate Chair.
