Grady Franklin Stiles Jr. was a carnival performer who had the genetic condition ectrodactyly. Because of this, Stiles performed under the stage name “Lobster Boy.” In 1979, Stiles was convicted of murdering his own daughter’s fiancé a day before their wedding. Grady was said to have been extremely abusive to his family. He was killed in a murder-for-hire scheme orchestrated by members of his own family.
