Amanda and Kara acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land of which we are on today, the Yugambeh language people. We would also like to pay our respects to Elders past and present. This week, we're celebrating Kara's birthday PLUS we're discussing all of the pressures that come with turning 30. From the way society makes us feel like we need marriage/kids/house/career to feel fulfilled, as well as the excitement of entering a new 'era'. We hope you enjoy this episode!
