This week’s T4C episode is our 7th mashup to celebrate Time4Coffee’s 5th anniversary this month. Here’s a final batch of amazing 20-somethings who’ve been guests on the show over the last 5 years — sharing the advice they’d give themselves if they could go back to college. This is the advice they wish someone had given them. These are all young professionals who’ve been featured on the podcast since its launch in August 2018. In order of appearance, you’ll hear from: Eve Rosenbaum (Main T4C Episode 50) was the Manager of International Scouting for the reigning World Series Champion Houston Astros. Today, she is an Assistant General Manager for the Baltimore Orioles. It’s a dream come true for this baseball lover who played ball most of her life, including playing softball at Harvard University. Gabriel Sebastian (Main T4C Episode 17) was a Program Manager in Mexico at Population Services International (PSI), a global health organization. Now, he’s the Founder and CEO of Xolo Custom Guitars, making and selling his own guitar designs. Jerry Lee (Main T4C) is the co-founder and COO of Wonsulting, a company that teaches people the skills they need to go after their dream job. Emily Ray (Main T4C Episode 1071) is an Emergency Response Team Leader with the Saint Louis chapter of AmeriCorps. Emily graduated with a B.A. in Geography and Environmental Studies from Middlebury College. Esmé Stribling-Hough (Main T4C Episode 1101) is a Global Public Affairs Senior Coordinator at Weber Shandwick, a marketing communications firm. She graduated in 2020, during the height of the pandemic, and landed a job at Laurel Strategies Inc., a global business advisory and strategic communications firm. Jimmy Hickey (Main T4C Episode 554) is the founder and owner of Findlay Hats, an action sports hat company he co-launched out of his living room in 2013. Jennifer Garibay (Main T4C Episode 692) is the founder of Get You Hired Consulting, which aims to help jobseekers become more competitive in the job market. Jennifer is now a Program Manager with Google, having previously worked as a Technical Sourcer and Recruiting Operations Specialist. Jonny Perl (Main T4C Episode 1039) is a production supervisor at Cinemation Studios based in Los Angeles, California. He’s worked in development and production at Cinemation since 2016. Jonathan Javier (Main T4C Episode 707) is the founder and CEO of Wonsulting, a company dedicated to helping those from non-target schools or non-traditional backgrounds get into their dream careers. His mission: “To turn underdogs into winners.” Justin Nguyen (Main T4C Episode 552) is an entrepreneur, a speaker and a podcaster. He’s currently the host of the Declassified College Podcast, an iTunes top 50 podcast, as well as the CEO and founder of GetChoGrindUp.
