Des Barres, a familiar face on the Sunset Strip in the 1960s, befriended and dated multiple rock stars, including Mick Jagger, Keith Moon, Jimmy Page, Jim Morrison and Waylon Jennings, to name a few. Pamela was also a live-in governess for Frank Zappa's children! In 1977, Pamela married Michael Des Barres of the bands Detective, Silverhead. Pamela was known for her beauty, her captivating personality, and openness to loving any and all rock stars and their music.
