August 19th 2013 And we are finally back. We hope to share with you another exciting season full of trophies and history in the making. We have sorely missed recording the show and we apologize not having enough time for the podcast at the end of last season. We hope to have set enough failover devices and people to never let you without your weekly installment of the podcast. Week 1. Sevilla 1-3 Atlético de Madrid as Martin dubs it a thumping win to open the season. Costa is in better shape than ever and Koke is turning into a key player match upon match. We also marvelled with Cebolla's dream goal in a Maradona like dribbling dash from midfield. Beating a strong opponent as Sevilla to kick off the season is a sensational way to win and places us in the top 3 in the chart from the very start. Ahead of us is the huge challenge of a two leg Supercup final versus behemoth FC Barcelona. The reward is as big as the challenge, the opportunity of adding a sixth trophy in a span of 4 years, a feat very hard to match. The weekend will also bring us the match versus Week 2 Liga opponent Rayo Vallecano. Finally we also cover some of the promising (and the embarassing) signings, almost signings, sales, almost sales of the preseason.
