I was sure that I would absolutely never try the Healy, the frequency medicine device that has swept the online "wellness" world. And yet, inspired by the stories of women I trust, I decided to explore it for my own chronic pain, scar tissue healing and more -- because I know first hand the power of energetic healing. What has happened so far has been beyond physical changes, openness and a new spaciousness in my tissues: it is supporting me in reorienting to how I relate to pain, possibility, and even the nature of our reality.
