Welcome to Episode 47 of The Unravelling Travelling Podcast - The Tuk-Tuk Diaries - Week 8! In this episode we discuss the eighth week of our three month Sri Lanka trip! We chat about the highs and lows of Hiriketiya, navigating the feeling of boredom that can creep into longer trips away, as well as some much needed down-time. We also talk about finding ourselves at a crossroad, in which we had to choose between leaning into luxury or heading back to our roots and checking into a hostel. We opted for the latter and not only was it the best choice we could've made, but it also completely revitalised our trip. From skinny-dipping in the sea to karaoke parties and quiz nights - it's been a wonderful first few days at Divas Hostel in Ahangama. We've also take you through our spending for the week, our favourite moments, as well as a rather wholesome therapy sesh! All this and so much more in the latest episode!
