Brad Mills interviews Nigel Cottle who did his Master's degree on this very question, and who has been involved in the Baptist church in Auckland for over 20 years. Sam Burrows also joins the live chat, and shares his story of being a leader of a large group of Christian young adults, and then leaving it all behind.
