Pitchers and catchers all across baseball are reporting to spring training this week, and that includes Chicago White Sox top pitching prospect Michael Kopech. The hard-throwing right-hander was a force for the Double-A Birmingham Barons in 2017, and in August of last year he discussed his progress and plans with the future with Roger Hoover at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville. Roger also recaps a winning weekend for Alabama women's basketball, and looks ahead to the start of college baseball as well.
