XTC guitarist extraordinaire Dave Gregory joins us to discuss the band's very first Record Store Day Exclusive Release, a double-LP set called Live Boots , culled from a show recorded for radio broadcast at Emerald City, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey during the band's 1981 tour for their Black Sea album. Dave recalls that heady time, and expounds on his two main passions; collecting vintage guitars, and the joyful rituals of playing his many vinyl records. The Record Store Day Podcast is a weekly music chat show written, produced, engineered , and hosted by Paul Myers , who also composed the theme music and selected interstitial music.
