Sonal and Priya take a look at the Chicago Transit Authority, or the CTA. Many Chicago residents are pretty familiar with the CTA from using it to get across the city. How did this integral transportation system evolve into what it is today? DePaul professor Joseph Schwieterman is an expert on public transportation and explained how the CTA came to be, what makes it so special and just how different Chicago and DePaul would be without it. Thank you professor Schwieterman for sharing his expertise. Also thank you to DePaul student Grace Magar and DePaul alums Ty Yamamoto and Jeremy Benshish for sharing their crazy CTA stories.
