Michael Wriston, co-founder of Project Salt Box, and Miles Taylor, former DHS chief of staff, talk with Rachel Maddow about their new project, GTFOICE.org, which is designed to help Americans mobilize against the construction of immigrant prisons in their local area. Rachel Maddow points out that the to the extent that the security breach at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner is a crisis for the Secret Service, it is only one of many crises that have come to characterize Donald Trump's Department of Homeland Security.
