Crystal's work is very personal and was born out of her own intense heartbreak after the passing of her beloved dog, Baci in May of 2022. She supports pet parents as they navigate anticipatory grief, the pain of loss, and the guilt or trauma that often accompanies it. Through ongoing free support groups, 1:1 sessions, and a private Facebook community, Crystal provides a safe space where grief can be openly expressed, honored, and validated.
