The guys went off on this next round of CRAZY weather before settling down and talking about what’s been going on in the woods and water. Here’s your KirbyCo Builders’ Cooking Tip of the Week: Baked Beef Ribs One full rack of beef ribs Rib Rub Olive oil Carrots(1 lb) Onion (1lg) Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Rub ribs with olive oil blended with a tablespoon of Rib Rub Place 1 lb of carrots and 1 sliced onion Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes. Brush ribs with SBR bbq sauce and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve and enjoy. Facebook
