It can be challenging to constantly be training new students and coworkers and can be a real factor in leading to burnout. On the other end, we all have witnessed firsthand or been a bystander in a poor preceptor relationship and the stress and job dissatisfaction that it causes. We have a choice when it comes to how we will go about training the future of the profession and I hope this episode helps to facilitate positive change.
