Ontology, epistemology, and methodology, although rooted in philosophy are also deeply practical when it comes to coaching and personal transformation. Alexander also offers us a practice through which we can begin to see how we go about knowing the world, what we believe to be true, and how our current practices support or impede us in getting what we want or feeling fulfilled.
