Jamie Usher - The Mind Tradie

A great part of my job is meeting new people, however Jamie Usher and I go back decades (f*ck we're old) and went to school together. Jamie's alter ego is @the_mind_tradie , this came about when Jamie owned his own business in Windows and was living a typical tradie life and suddenly lost 90% of his vision around the age of 30. In this episode, Jamie speaks about the impact this had on him and his mindset, then we discuss how he built resilience so he could move forward with his life and how it lead him in a new direction to help people through psychology. It was this direction of helping people work on their minds, that he coined the term 'The Mind Tradie'.
