He is a bloke who grew up surrounded by elite athletes within the Australian sporting world, especially his father (a retired AFL Hall of Fame player and Premiership Coach) Paul Roos. Additionally, his mother, Tami, is one of Australia's leading Wellness consultants. So it's safe to say he has been mentored by some of the best minds and is not afraid to share how this has shaped him and motivated him to become the modern bloke he is today.
