Soil: The Foundation of Our Garden - with Marcos Nuñez / Part 1 of 2 I’m really excited to have a guest on the podcast today! Marcos is a fellow passionate gardener like you and me. His current project is to create a thriving garden at the vineyard of Casita Miro on Waiheke Island, supplying their restaurant with fresh, healthy vegetables, flowers, and microgreens.
