There to greet the first user, Barbara Simpson from Haig Street, was the Head of Moray Libraries Service, Alistair Campbell, our three Councillors and members of the Portknockie Community Council. The first book taken out on loan was “Prince and the Pilgrim” by Mary Stewart.
