When you understand your own internal dialogue, the stories you tell yourself, the doubts you repeat, and the reasons you delay action, you begin to see the roadblocks for what they really are: things you created that can also be ignored. So many entrepreneurs believe their lack of growth is because of the algorithm, the economy, the timing, or the market. But more often than we want to admit, the biggest obstacle in our business is the conversation happening in our own heads.
