She is a really cool lady who just loves to spend time on the water and i'm sure she can help encourage you to give it a go too. In this episode we look at how Katie got into kayaking and how easy it is for you or anyone to get started (it's also pretty cheap too!). We also chat all about her adventure kayaking around GB including what it entailed, some of the challenges and some of the things she learnt along the way.
