Your Last Decade #2: Colt McCoy

As we enter this new decade, I thought it would be fun to talk to a few friends and reflect back on what life was like 10 years ago. In these conversations, you'll hear guests speak about what God has done in their life, dreams, goals, things they would have differently, and things they're most proud of. And, looking back always causes me to look forward, so we'll also chat about dreams for the next ten years! Today my friend Colt McCoy is joining us to talk about his last decade. In 2010, he was a senior at The University of Texas and his team went undefeated and faced Alabama in the National Championship Game in Pasadena, CA at the Rose Bowl. During that game, Colt was injured in the first half and never returned. His team ended up losing the biggest game of his career so far. Colt got married to his wife Rachel, and was drafted by the NFL that same year. Over the past decade, Colt has played for 3 different NFL teams, and he and Rachel now have 3 children. We look back today on Colt's last decade, and no matter if you are a football fan or not, you will enjoy hearing his perspective on how he has managed the mountain tops and valleys that come from playing football for a living.
