Jenny Loughmiller is the founder of the Hundred Hearts Project - a transformative gratitude project that inspires a habit of gratitude through 100 thank yous. Almost two year ago she started painting her gratitude (in the form of hearts) for 100 women who touched her life. "It was a way of trying to dig myself out of the hole of scarcity that I found myself trapped in," Jenny shared. We had a really engaging discussion about cultivating a habit of gratitude and art, she recalls "the abundance that flooded my life as I established a habit of gratitude has been astonishing". Enjoy!
