2: Personal Experience is the Best Teacher

Ideas and theories are interesting, but when you have a personal experience something profound happens and you develop true understanding. My goal in teaching GNM is to help individuals come to a deeper, experiential understanding of the 5 Biological Laws by seeing them at work in the functioning of their body. On this episode, Dr. Steven Ravnstag and I discuss our own personal experiences with health symptoms (acne, strep throat, and shoulder pain) using the German New Medicine paradigm.
