Mike Petrusky asks Case about how he inspires others to be positive and encourages his colleagues to constantly build knowledge with an understanding that it is the application of information that is the key to our success. As a past president of CCIFMA and current member of the Board of Trustees at the IFMA Foundation, Case has served the FM community in a variety of ways.
