A was seasoned and respected offensive lineman in the NFL he spent time at both the Atlanta Falcons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He made a conscious decision to leave the game before it destroyed his body, and in an effort to find himself post-career, he bought a van, adopted a dog, and hit the road for a year. His Man Van Dog Blog became a cult sensation and he's shared his personal journey with the world ever since. Joe is definitely a man to follow.
