How to break in a new deck (and why)

Here’s a problem we all face: What to actually do when you get a new deck. Whether it is a gift or you grabbed it off a shelf because you had to have it, or you ordered it online, all new decks are stiff and slippery, and refuse to cooperate. They have that “new car smell” factory stink on them. You have to get your psychic stank on them to mark them as your own. You have to imbue your cards with your psychic essence by working them in and working YOUR energy into them as a whole.
