The term "commissioning" itself means to "entrust into the safekeeping of someone" , with its origins dating back to the mid-14th century, signifying "authority entrusted to someone, delegated authority or power". When it comes to home and buildings, who do we entrust to make sure everything functions as intended and in a way that meets w/ owner satisfaction?
