I have been waiting to get this woman on the mic since I heard her story. Kirsten is one of my Self Love School graduates - class of 2024 and 2025, and I watched her transformation from the inside. Her breakthroughs, her courage, her sheer refusal to give up. At thirty seven years old, with two young kids at home, Kirsten was diagnosed with stage four metastatic melanoma. Spread to her spine, her hip, her rib. No primary site. No cure. Just a team of doctors telling her they could try to make her comfortable as she lived the last months (maybe years) of her life. What she did next is what this episode is about. Before the diagnosis was even confirmed, Kirsten sat in a plant medicine ceremony and was shown - with absolute clarity - that she had cancer. And in the same breath, she was told: it's not your time. She held onto that message through every scan, every specialist, every moment of fear. And it changed everything.
