From subject-to transactions to off-market acquisitions, I’ll share how we’re finding properties at steep discounts — sometimes 40 to 50 cents on the dollar — and why cash flow is still alive and well in the U.S. I’ll also walk you through how to set up properly as a Canadian investor, avoid double taxation, and build a system that works even without setting foot on the properties.
