Meet Zack and Erica Greenberg. From Real Estate to Product creators, these two awesome humans founded SpinTopSIgns and are illuminating Real Estate Signs around the country! High school sweethearts, Zack and Erica have grown up together learning, failing, growing and got started in real estate just after college. While both have been realtors, Zack had a background in engineering and Erica was crushing real estate sales. The idea for improved signs came from a conversation with Zack's grandfather, who remembered real estate signs being the same decade after decade. Zack being an engineer, they set out to michaels, bought a robotics kit and started creating a beta sign. After a few versions, Erica started asking if brokerages if they were interested and received positive feedback. Next thing you know, they were in the product development business creating improved signage for realtors! SO, they started a sign installation business installing their hand built signs! Word got out, social media took over and they started getting inquiries to buy these in other states. It was time to get serious, so a shippable product was created.
