Kat found success in software sales and bodybuilding, but still felt restless and unhappy. She lived life in extremes, once she found a certain drug she liked, she wanted that feeling every day. When a friend suggested she go to AA, she never imagined that she might belong there, let alone find complete transformation. Today, Kat is the CEO of Laguna Shores Treatment Centre where she helps create an environment that inspires others to overcome their dependence on drugs and alcohol.
