With 70 Caps and 35 International Goals to her name, Sarah Walsh is one of the most formidable Matildas to ever play football for Australia. Sitting 5th on the All-time Matildas' goal-scorers list, Walshy was as much of a weapon off the field as she was on it. Serving as a long-time member of the Professional Footballers Association and playing a pivotal role in helping the Tillies secure their first Collective Bargaining Agreement back in 2010. In that same year, she also lifted the Asian Cup and now, 16 years later, is working as Chief Operations Officer at the 2026 Women's Asian Cup as the Tillies try to lift that iconic piece of silverware once again. We hope you enjoy this episode, and don't forget to grab your tickets to the Women's Asian Cup happening now! 12 of Asia's best teams are battling it out on Australian shores and this is something you don't want to miss. *** Get the wrap delivered to your inbox as a weekly newsletter!
