It's a great way to open up to your energy and really begin to honor it. But so often we tend to get caught up in the technicalities. (Think: Am I doing this right? Is that my authority? What does waiting for an invitation mean?) And when we get stuck in our head, we tend to lose sight of just how fun it can be to play around with something that's meant to bring enlightenment to us.
