Texas Tribune reporter Alexza Ura moderates a discussion with Wendy Davis, former State Senator, D-Fort Worth; Eva Guzman, Texas Supreme Court Justice; Linda Livingstone, President of Baylor University; and Senfronia Thompson, State Representative, D-Houston.
