It's almost never likely to happen suddenly because leadership is more of a growing awareness and skill set than a role. (See Episode 1) So, where to start, not the podcast I mean your new adventure. I would have to guess that there are a thousand ways to start anything so keep in mind that what I'm telling you is my experience and thoughts. Take them and mould them into your own if you want to. I hope they make some difference for you otherwise, throw them out.
