Will Neff is the longtime Captain of Boston Ironside who won their first National Champion in 2016. Will is also a former Callahan winner (2009), a part of the Humiliswag leadership team, and has recently become a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). Tim and Will have been working together since 2011.
