She reflects on her journey from musician to activist, medic and war journalist and speaks about her musical project Daughters of Donbas , where she collaborates with international artists and amplifies survivor voices, including Lisa, a young woman who survived filtration camps in Mariupol. In the bonus episode, Marichka stays on to speak about Ukrainian folk music traditions and briefly sings in the “open voice” polyphonic singing technique.
