In today's world, it's easy to let what you read or hear bring you down. It's important to remember to keep thinking happy thoughts to help you get past those negative things that cloud your mind. There's a Proverb that is great to help get your mind back where it needs to be. It comes from Philippians 4:8 which says to fill your minds with those things that are good and that deserve praise: things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and honorable. Now, of course, this wouldn't be a Disney podcast if we didn't mention some Disney quotes. The second idea comes from one of our favorite songs from one of my personal favorite Disney film which is Peter Pan. "Now, think of the happiest things, It's the same as having wings."
