Surrey Social Care HOTSEAT - Episode 10

A special podcast series from Surrey Matters. The Surrey Social Care Hotseat is a new podcast series from The Surrey Adult Services Academy and Adults Wellbeing & Health Partnership (AWHP) workforce team. The team will be talking to different teams and roles within AWHP in a bid to delve into and highlight the range of different roles and career opportunities in the directorate. This week we dive into a roller coaster of a journey for both Mercy and Dorota, we talk about how they found their path into OT- their drive and passion shines through as they talk through the various barriers and actions they took to get where they are today. We are really proud of our OT trainees and the success they have had embarking on the scheme and achieving their dreams of becoming OT's which opens up their career development significantly within their chosen field.
