It seemed very timely to be talking to the brilliant Iain James as he was a co-writer of the Christmas classic "One More Sleep" by Leona Lewis which has just been awarded the most streamed Christmas song of the 21st Century! So we talk about that as well as being part of the writing process for some absolute gems including "Shout Out To My Ex' for Little Mix , "Read All About It" by Professor Green and Emile Sande and songs with Craig David, Kylie , James Morrison ,Sugababes and more. He also gives some superb advice for new songwriters on how to get noticed and talks about his time as vocal coach for The X Factor and how his time in boyband Triple 8 helped him prepare the future stars of it including One Direction.
