It’s the story of when Button danced in the rain. Classic teams of F1 lore - British American Racing (BAR). Riding a wave of hype and expectation never before seen in the sport, British American Racing – BAR – emerged from the ashes of the classic Tyrrell, but this was no simple takeover. Craig Pollock’s team were based out of an all-new facility in Brackley, had sponsorship from one of the world’s biggest tobacco conglomerates, and the services of 1997 world champion Jacques Villeneuve.
