Zak Mir talks to Sath Ganesarajah, CEO of Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (BMV) , as the gold streaming, mining and treasury company confirmed that Frank Amato and Hernán M. Yellati have been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect. Frank Amato will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee, while Hernán M. Yellati has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd has strengthened its board with the appointment of Frank Amato and Hernán M. Yellati as Non-Executive Directors, in a move aimed at enhancing governance and strategic oversight. Amato will also serve as Chair of the Audit Committee , while Yellati takes on the role of Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee . In addition, Board Advisors Darron Giddens and John Webb will participate in Audit Committee meetings, with Webb also appointed to chair a newly established Conflicts Committee . The changes are designed to bolster the company’s governance framework as it continues to execute its growth strategy.
